When can I expect my order?

I ship my ready-to-ship pieces mostly within one to two days after you place your order, Monday through Saturday, skipping holidays on which the post office is closed. Packages are picked up at 5pm, local time (PST or PDT). For my made-to-order pieces, my current production timeline ranges from one to three weeks depending on the item. USPS delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Can I return my purchase?

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. For other items, returns are accepted within 21 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Send an email to start the returns process to morgan@lunarmor.com.

Do you accept custom orders or commissions?

At the moment, yes, I have some limited time for customs and commissions! Please reach out and send me a message so we can discuss your project.

Where is your jewelry made?

All of my work is made in my home studio, based in Northern California. I try to source my gemstones from ethical, verified sources and AGTA members. Some, but not all, of my precious metals are recycled.
